Humberto is a man of God, with an ecumenical spirit in search of ways to fulfill the mandate of Christ that is unity and the great commission. He has been greatly blessed with a loving and God fearing family. His wife Angelina and his arrows in the quiver are Angel Vladimir, Azul and Abril, as well as his brother Baruch Monterrubio.
Due to the flood that occurred in Calgary during June 2013, he was called to start his service in the Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Parish to be a radio host for the program "Es tiempo de Vivir" and thus, continued to do so for over a year and a half. In September 2014, along with his family, they started the Guardians of Jesus Ministry aimed at children.
Two years later, in coordination with his brother Baruch Monterrubio and other collaborators, started Ephphatha Youth Group aimed at teenagers, who are currently working hard in the Youth Pastoral unit with the Jubilee Group to enforce the great commission in a playful way within our Parish.
He is a graduate of two universities in his hometown in Puebla, Mexico and during his university life he voluntarily participated in various missions working on the construction of houses in communities damaged by the floods in his home state.
