Rev. Fr. Shibu Kallarakkal

From India and a member of the Congregation of the Sons of the Immaculate Conception since 1991. Ordained to the priesthood in 2003, he completed studies in philosophy, sociology, economics and politics in India and studies in theology in Rome. He was previously an associate pastor and a hospital chaplain in Mérida-Yucatán, México. He completed a diploma in thanatology in 2010 and in 2011 became a member of the North American Council of the Congregation of the Sons of the Immaculate Conception which today he sits on the General Council of. He came to Calgary in 2013 and in 2014 became pastor at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer. Speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
